Our boot camp class combines the absolute best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body while alternating between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & much more! You want to push yourself to the ultimate limit? Want to dig deeper than you ever have? then look no further than this class!
H.I.I.T. stands for high-intensity interval training, and is a training technique in which we utilize Aerobic and Anaerobic training. You will give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of strength, Cardio and body weight exercises. Rest is very limited, with short active recovery periods in between the all out exercise bursts! HIIT is a great way to burn calories and fat, while strengthening your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Bring an extra shirt and a towel because you are guaranteed to sweat!
Circuit Crazy is a challenging Circuit workout that involves rotating through various exercises and stations, targeting different parts of the body. We will focus on different muscle groups throughout the workout, with various strength and resistance movements. This class is a frenzy of fun, active, challenging movements guaranteed to increase your muscular endurance and challenge your cardiovascular recovery. Come see what the craziness is all about!
