Amazing work by one of the hardest workers I have ever coached! She grunts, screams, and fights for every rep, and she always wants to lift heavier. As I’ve told her many times, that’s the way into my heart. I absolutely love her intensity and mindset!

Change your habits, get out of your comfort zone, change your life! It sounds scary, but you will never get a bigger return on your investment than the investment you make in yourself! Scott is the best! I don’t lie. I don’t make excuses. I just put in the work and nothing has made a bigger impact or more of a difference in my physique and my health than working with Scott and Reo Fitness! I have seen Scott change countless lives, including those in my family, my immediate family, and close friends.
I have been working with Scott for my diet and nutrition. I hit my target goal in just over a month or so (I lost 12 pounds), and I can honestly say the decision to work with him has changed my life, I am hooked! Spring 2018, when I started my fitness journey on my own, I started by going to the gym regularly and jogging in the mornings. A year later I hit a plateau; I was getting bored of my routine and craving more of a challenge. That’s when I met Scott! When he saw I was up for a challenge, man, did he give it to me. He caters each session to his client’s abilities and knows what your body is capable of doing to the point where sometimes Scott knows my strength better than I do! He’s encouraging, supportive, understanding, and strives to see his clients succeed. I have been training with Scott for almost two years now and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He helped me figure out exactly what my fitness goals were and what I need to do in order to achieve them. He introduced me to new ways to exercise with HIIT sessions and weight lifting. Most importantly, Scott has taught me that my fitness journey is not about being “skinny”, it’s about feeling strong, healthy, positive in my body, and proud of all that it can do. I developed a love for working out and enjoy the accomplishment of lifting heavier weights or adding extra push-ups to a set. He is the absolute best and I wouldn’t trade him for any other personal trainer, because he isn’t just a personal trainer, but a friend.
Holy Transformation! In just 120 days I am already down 10 pounds, built muscle, and feel absolutely great! Reo Fitness has taught me that this is a lifestyle change. It's not a "quick fix" or temporary "diet", it's my new lifestyle... and I love it! Strict adherence to the nutritional plan, hard work in the gym and in the kitchen, and simply WANTING the change is why I have been is so successful! I’ve been working out with Scott for over 2 years, but on Dec2019, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. Suddenly, I couldn’t work out anymore. If you know me, I am one of those people who loves the gym, it has always been my stress therapy. Not being able to go made me so sad. By February, I had lost all my hair and I was embarrassed to work out at the gym, but Scott wouldn’t let me give up. We started training in the closed studio, so no one could see me. The hair was the least of my worries and I knew I had to stay strong for what was coming my way. Surprisingly, starting chemo wasn’t as challenging at the beginning, as it was by the end. It really was about keeping my mind strong to deal with my treatment. My “mind” is what kept me going to train. Scott always pushed me to be better, to get up, to keep trying, even when fatigue from chemo was unbearable. I felt my body lose its strength, but Scott always reminded me to give my best. Exercises that were easy before became strenuous and the intensity went down to almost zero. By March, the COVID-19 Pandemic happened and even then, we trained in zoom (and we still do).
Today, I am so proud of everything we’ve accomplished, I even started to see my muscles again! Little by little, I am feeling back, embracing the new person I have become. I have never felt stronger and happier and ready to take on the world in whatever challenge that comes my way
Scott has become a close friend and a human angel, who never gave up on me. A friend who always pushed me to believe I could go on not only with my exercises but to work hard on every aspect of my life, my work and my family. Even when we didn’t know how successful the treatment was or if the surgeries were effective, being positive kept me going. Changing my mindset from "I have to do this" to "I get to do this". I get to do this for me! Losing weight was never the goal, (the “chemo diet” and reconstruction surgeries took care of that) Today, I am now in remission and little by little I am starting to feel like myself again. To Scott, I have no words to thank you for everything you have done for me.
